TRANSITIONS provides the necessary resources at the middle school level to promote transferable education, vocational, and lifelong learning skills. The focus is on supporting 8th grade students to prepare for the transition to 9th grade and to set students on the appropriate path to satisfying both educational and career goals.
Components include:
- Service Learning 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th grades
- Job Shadow - 7th grade
- Career Visions Fair - 8th grade
- Summer of Work and Learning - 8th grade
- High School Outreach/Followup Support - 9th grade
