Personnel

The Early Learning Center staff is energetic and highly qualified.  Most of our teachers have advanced degrees.  The teaching staff averages approximately twelve years of teaching experience.  There are six classrooms in which several teachers not only have certification in Early Childhood and Special Education, but also have achieved Lead Teacher status.  Our teachers serve as mentors for students from Boston University, Boston College, and Tufts University.

The ELC Governance Board plays an important role in the ELC. It is composed of parents and teachers who are elected every year at the September ELC Parent Orientation. The ELC GB meets every month to discuss and make decisions about programs, budget, personnel matters, and other issues for the school.
